PSA accelerates European growth with acquisition of Sandline Germany

Oslo, 7 September 2026 — PSA today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Sandline Germany GmbH (“Sandline Germany”), an established specialist in iManage solutions and services for law firms and corporate legal departments. The transaction covers Sandline Germany only. PSA acquired the company from Sandline Global, the US-headquartered parent business, which is not part of the transaction and continues independently as an eDiscovery-focused legal tech firm.

The acquisition represents another important step in PSA’s continued international expansion. It strengthens PSA’s presence in Germany, adds deep local market knowledge and creates a strong platform for further growth.

Sandline Germany has built a respected position in the German market through its specialist iManage expertise, close customer relationships and responsive service. By joining PSA, the German business gains access to a larger international organisation, a broader pool of specialist expertise, additional delivery and support resources, and PSA’s proprietary solutions — including the Custodian integration platform and Custodian Client Onboarding, which automates client and matter intake while supporting AML and KYC compliance requirements.

PSA intends to build on Sandline Germany’s existing strengths while investing in the continued development of the German business.
