SITUATION
Svensson Nøkleby, a leading midsize law firm in Norway, used an all-in-one practice management system (PMS), but its document and email management proved difficult to use, so adoption was low. Multiple storage locations made information, documents, and emails difficult to retrieve.
SOLUTION
Svensson Nøkleby partnered with Nordic legal tech experts PSA to implement iManage Cloud with iManage Tracker, as well as relevant integrations to their existing tech stack.
IMPACT
iManage Cloud with iManage Tracker has brought integrated task management, seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook, quick access to information in documents and email, and better collaboration. The firm has improved processes, productivity, and the client experience.
SITUATION
The firm’s previous solution, a custom timesheet as part of the ERP system, had some shortcomings Roschier wanted to address. The speed of the old application and the lack of mobile time entry capabilities caused frustration among the lawyers.
SOLUTION
Roschier partnered with TIQ Time and their Nordic partner PSA to implement a new smart time capture solution, seamlessly integrated to other key systems such as iManage and Deltek Maconomy.
IMPACT
The time capture functionality of TIQ Time, combined with the multilingual Narrative- Builder, helps lawyers to construct better timesheets with less effort than before. This allows them to spend more time where it matters most, on their business and clients.
