Project Managers

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of client engagements across Northern Europe, supporting law firms and corporate legal departments in their digital transformation journeys.

Our projects range from focused onboarding initiatives to complex, enterprise-scale implementations of legal technology solutions, including document management systems, integrations, and ERP/PMS solutions.

You will work closely with clients, partners, and PSA’s technical teams to ensure successful delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes.

Our project methodology, PSA Navigator, is based on the PRINCE2 framework and reflects our structured, scalable approach to delivering legal tech projects.

Experience delivering enterprise technology projects is required, and experience within legal tech (e.g. DMS, matter management, integrations) is a strong advantage.

Native or bilingual proficiency in a Scandinavian language is required for this role.

Maconomy Business Consultants

We are looking for experienced Maconomy Business Consultants to support the implementation and optimisation of Deltek Maconomy solutions across Northern Europe, helping law firms and other professional services organisations (PSOs) modernise their financial and operational systems.

You will work closely with clients, Deltek, and PSA’s technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and successful project outcomes.

Our projects range from new implementations to optimisation and transformation initiatives, often involving integrations with other business-critical systems such as document management and matter management platforms.

Our project methodology, PSA Navigator, is based on the PRINCE2 framework and reflects our structured, scalable approach to delivering complex technology projects.

Proven experience working as a Maconomy Business Consultant is required for this role.

Native or bilingual proficiency in a Scandinavian language is required.
